Kathy Simpson, of Idaho Falls, has been appointed to the seven-member Idaho Judicial Council by Gov. Butch Otter.

Dr. David Shrader, a pulmonologist, has joined the medical team at Bingham Memorial Hospital, Blackfoot.


Nancy Shaw, U.S. Forest Service research botanist at the Aquatic Sciences Laboratory in Boise, has been honored with the agency's Asa Gray Career Achievement Award in Botany.
