Boise City Design and Review Committee, 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, Boise City Hall Council Chambers, Third Floor, 150 N. Capitol Blvd.

Simplot Plant Sciences - Gary Laney is requesting a design review for construction of a single-story building that will contain office, warehouse and greenhouse space in a M-1D (light industrial with design review) zone at 5369 W. Irving St.

All Wall Contracting Inc. - Linda LeGrant is requesting a design review for construction of a 26,300-square-foot warehouse/office building in a M-1D (light industrial with design review) zone at 351 N. Mitchell St.

City of Boise - Planning and Development Services seeks recommendation for adoption of the Downtown Design Standards and Guidelines and ordinance language incorporating the document into the Design Review findings.
