  • Art Source Gallery's National Juried Exhibit

5-9 p.m. July 2, Art Source Gallery, 1015 W. Main St., Boise. Free.

Because of the Fourth of July holiday, there is no official First Thursday in July. However, you can celebrate Art Source Gallery's 11th National Juried Exhibit on July 2.

Each year the gallery opens up its doors to artists across the United States and Canada. This year's juror, John Killmaster, selected 30 works to be displayed out of the 165 entries.

The mediums run the gamut from traditional to new media. The show's prizes, worth $1,000, will be awarded at 6:30 p.m. Aaron Berenson will provide music. The show runs through the month.
