Police bust Boise marijuana growhouse

June 21, 2013

A tip from a neighbor helped the Boise Police Department discover a marijuana-growing operation at a house near 30th Street and Gooding Street, police said.

Officers serving a warrant at the home of Ernest Thomas James, 32, and Georgette Cornelius Wadholm, 35, found several pot plants and a growing setup including lights, fans and timers. Police also seized drug paraphernalia including smoking devices and scales.

James and Wadholm were arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail. They each face a felony charge of manufacturing marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
