McCall driver overcorrects, wrecks SUV on Highway 55

June 18, 2013

No one was injured in a crash on Highway 55 Tuesday morning, according to the Idaho State Police.

Brian Dusho, 42, of McCall was driving south near milepost 84.8 when he failed to navigate a curve and drove into the lane of oncoming traffic.

Dusho overcorrected, sending his Land Rover back across the southbound lane and off the road, then overcorrected a second time, flipping the vehicle onto its side, according to police.

The overturned SUV came to rest on the passenger side in the northbound lane.

Traffic headed north was blocked for about two hours, police said. No one in the vehicle was hurt.

All occupants were wearing seatbelts, according to police.
