Ada Count Pet of the Week: O.J. the domestic, longhair kitten

June 18, 2013

O.J., 8 weeks, is a male, cream, Domestic Longhair kitten. It's the time of year that litters of homeless kittens flood the Treasure Valley. O.J. arrived at the shelter with a few littermates when he was too little to be adopted.

He spent some time in an IHS foster home growing bigger and socializing. Now he's back at the shelter ready to find his forever home. O.J. is a spunky little guy who still likes to take time out from playing to cuddle. He is litter-box-trained and would love to be adopted with another playful kitten or into a home with a playful feline friend.

O.J. can be found in kennel 01 (#19897930) at the Idaho Humane Society at 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
