Ah, you can almost remember when the night was young. The whole evening was ahead of you. And now? It's past midnight. Oh, wait. Make that 1 a.m. The night's still young. Or is it?

Nope, now it's past 2 a.m. And you're hungry.

Thankfully, you have a moment of clarity. Los Betos!

The Mexican restaurants - there are five Treasure Valley locations - are open 24 hours. Yes, Los Betos is always there for you. And what more can you ask of a restaurant? Good prices, perhaps? Check. Plenty of variety? Check.

Some customers get in a groove and insist on the Chile Relleno Burrito every visit. Others branch out and try the California Burrito, with steak, potatoes, cheese and pico de gallo. Or the tortas. Or rolled tacos. There are plenty of options, and pretty much all of them will send you to an early-morning slumber with a full belly.
