Traffic hits some slow spots on I-84, Eagle Road

Traffic on Eagle Road is moving slow between State Street and Chinden Wednesday morning.


Roads appear mostly clear Wednesday morning, with only a few trouble spots in Meridian and Boise.

Commuters heading south on Eagle Road are crawling along in stop-and-go traffic between Ustick Road and Fairview Avenue.

Westbound interstate traffic is experiencing congestion between 11th Avenue and Northside Boulevard and between Black Cat Road and Star Road.

In Boise, westbound cars are slowed between the airport and Cole Road.

Two disabled vehicle on eastbound I-84 are not blocking traffic.

All other streets appear clear, with no accidents or blocked roadways reported as of 8:45 a.m.
