Garden City police said three people were arrested Tuesday after methamphetamine was found in a residence on Adams Street.

Police said the officers, with the help of the U.S. Postal Service, served a search warrant in the 3900 block of Adams, where 46.4 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found. Officials said an investigation lasting several weeks was launched after a package containing meth was delivered to the address.

Here are the suspects and what they are charged with:

• Heriberto Maldonado, 33; resisting and obstructing (misdemeanor), frequenting a place of drugs (misdemeanor)

• Saam Hassan Motlagh, 32; unlawful possession of conducted energy device (misdemeanor)

They will be arraigned Wednesday at the Ada County Courthouse.
