Canyon County Pet of the Week: Pi the collie mix

June 11, 2013

Pi, 1, is a female Border Collie mix. Pi is charmer and those familiar with Border Collies will recognize her fast-paced movements, funny mannerisms and sweet personality.

Pi is agile and playful, but easy to manage on a leash. She seems to bond quickly with whomever is around at the moment. She already knows the command for "sit." Pi is spayed, microchipped and current on all vaccines. She is ready to find her forever home today.

Pi is in kennel number 222 in the back kennels at the Canyon County Animal Shelter at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday. For more information on other adoptable pets, visit
