Ada Count Pet of the Week: Bandit

June 11, 2013

Bandit, 5, is a neutered male, black, grey and white, Australian Shepherd and Labrador retriever mix. Bandit has a nice, medium energy level, is gentle, house-trained and knows several obedience commands.

What's not to love?

Bandit was surrendered by owners that were moving and could no longer afford to care for him. He is a loyal and devoted dog. He needs an owner that will allow him to live indoors with the people he loves and take part in their daily life. Bandit gets along well with children, cats and other dogs. He is an easy-going dog who is eager to please his owners. Bandit can be found in kennel 410 (#13527284) at the Idaho Humane Society at 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
