Titus Young faces two counts of misdemeanor trespassing in Riverside County, Calif., and will be arraigned July 2. Young was charged formally this week for his May 5 arrest. He allegedly trespassed while trying to get his car back following his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence the same day. He has not been charged in the DUI case, which remains under review, said John Hall, senior public information specialist for The Riverside County District Attorney's Office. Young remains in jail in Orange County, Calif., where he faces four felonies and seven misdemeanors. A hearing is scheduled for June 12 in Riverside County on the mother of his child's request for a permanent restraining order.
