Vallivue baseball awarded grant for field lighting

The Baseball Tomorrow Fund will provide the Falcons with $87,921 for the installation of field lighting at the high school as part of its project called "Light the Night 2013."

Portions of the lighting equipment will be provided at a discount through a partnership between BTF and Musco Lighting, Inc.

BTF is a joint initiative between the Major League Baseball Players Association and Major League Baseball designed to promote the growth of youth baseball and softball. Since 1999, the organization has awarded more than 700 grants totaling more than $23 million.
