— The eastbound Eagle Road onramp of Interstate 84 was partially blocked for approximately one hour Thursday afternoon after a motorcyclist crashed, Idaho State Police reported.

At around 1:15 p.m., Cameron Ratliff, 21, of Boise was heading south in the left lane of Eagle Road on a 2011 Yamaha cycle when he cut across multiple lanes of travel to enter the cloverleaf onramp, police said. According to ISP, Ratliff lost control and crashed after heading into the left shoulder to try to pass traffic.

He was not wearing a helmet.
