Rain predicted all day Tuesday

— The damp weather will continue in the Boise area until Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Tuesday brings an 80 percent chance of rain, with thunderstorms possible in the afternoon.

Both Tuesday and Wednesday will reach a high of only 68 degrees, with lows dipping into the 40s. Although Tuesday night is expected to be clear, rain will likely start up again Wednesday morning and continue into the night.

Wet weather will be gone by Thursday, which forecasters project will have mostly sunny skies and a high near 70 degrees.

The weekend will be even warmer, with temperatures reaching into the 70s and 80s and no sign of rainy weather.
