Man faces felony charges for broken bar window

A Boise man was arrested Friday night after he allegedly threw a rock through the window of a bar on State Street after being kicked out.

Michael Patrick Arellano, 24, had refused to leave the bar when he was repeatedly told to by staff, witnesses said. Shortly before Boise police arrived at the bar, Arellano allegedly walked into the parking lot and threw a rock through a large window.

Arellano was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail.

He is charged with a felony count of malicious injury to property and a misdemeanor count of trespassing.
