Landlord seeks to evict Idaho car dealer

MOSCOW-PULLMAN DAILY NEWSMay 21, 2013

The owner of the property that houses a Moscow car dealer has asked a federal bankruptcy court to allow the dealership to be evicted for disobeying an order to pay back rent.

Chetwood Properties says the court April 25 ordered Gilbert Auto Ford to pay $10,000 in back rent within 14 days or file appropriate pleadings within 20 days to continue or terminate its lease, but the dealership did neither.
