Boise teams rule weekend at Idaho State Cup

FC Nova Supernova defeated Boise National Soccer Club Premier 2-1 on Sunday at Optimist Fields to claim the U-18 girls championship.

Four girls teams and five boys teams competed in the Idaho State Cup over the weekend in Boise.

On the U-18 boys side, Boise National Soccer Club Premier ended up on top of the standings after going 4-0 over the weekend. The Boise Nationals shut out the competition, scoring 12 goals while not giving up any.

The State Cup for U-13 to U-17 boys and girls divisions is scheduled for May 24-27 at the Idaho Falls Soccer Complex.
