Idaho tax revenue tops forecasts in April

Idaho's tax revenue is $79 million ahead of forecasts for the current fiscal year. The state Division of Financial Management says revenue jumped 13.2 percent more than the state anticipated last month. That $56.4 million boost marks the fourth month in a row that revenue topped its forecast.

Overall, Idaho has booked $2.3 billion in receipts so far in the year ending June 30.
