Star woman rolls car near Pocatello

— A Star woman was injured in a rollover in Power County just after noon on Thursday, according to Idaho State Police.

Carie A. Wegert, 44, was driving east on Interstate 86 near Pocatello when the single-vehicle crash occurred. According to police, she hit the rumble strip, overcorrected, and rolled her car.

She was wearing a seatbelt, police said. The wreck caused I-86 traffic to be diverted for an hour.

Wegart was taken by ambulance to the Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.

Information on her condition was not available Thursday.
