A Nampa woman faces burglary charges after she allegedly tried to steal items from a clothing store Monday night, then fought with employees when they approached her.

Kristina Delagarza was seen concealing items by a Macy’s loss prevention officer. She was accompanied by three children, Nampa police said.

When loss prevention officers attempted to stop Delagarza from leaving the store with the goods, she attacked the employees before feigning unconsciousness, Nampa police said.

Delagarza was charged with felony burglary because officers were able to prove she entered the store with the intent to steal, Nampa Police said. She also had two warrants for petit theft from Nampa and Canyon County. She was booked into the Canyon County Jail.
