Boise officials have planned 10 meetings throughout May and June for neighbors of parks with off-leash hours. The first meeting is from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, at Morris Hill Park, 10 N. Roosevelt.
At the meetings - "education sessions," according to a city press release - representatives of Boise Parks & Recreation, the Boise Police Department and the City Clerk's Office will answer questions and share information about the parks and their rules.
The other meetings are scheduled as follows:
May 9: 9-10 a.m. at Manitou Park, 2001 S. Manitou Ave.
May 15: 4-5 p.m. at Sterling Park, 9851 W. Irving St.
May 16: 1-2 p.m. at Pine Grove Park, 8995 W. Shoup Drive.
May 22: 9-10 a.m. at Sunset Park, 2625 S. 32nd St.
May 23: 9-10 a.m. at Winstead Park, 6150 W. Northview St.
May 29: 4-5 p.m. at Redwood Park, 2675 N. Shamrock St.
May 30: 1-2 p.m. at Military Reserve, 750 N. Mountain Cove Road.
June 12: 4-5 p.m. at Castle Hills Park, 5350 N. Eugene St.
June 13: 4-5 p.m. at Cypress Park, 4382 S. Tableridge Way.
