Keno, 7, is a neutered male, black and white Labrador retriever mix. He was surrendered to the shelter due to not getting along with younger children. Keno is a physically active dog and would be a great walking and hiking partner. He is a bit standoffish with new people. Once Keno knows you, he is very sweet and affectionate. He is very smart and knows a lot of tricks, including play dead. He has the potential to learn more. Keno is a great dog and very well behaved. Keno is house trained and does well with older children and dogs.

Keno is in kennel 425 (#19272386) at the Idaho Humane Society at 4775 Dorman Street in Boise. The shelter is now open for extended summer hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
