After a chilly Wednesday, Thursday will be a bit warmer in the Treasure Valley

Wednesday will be sunny in the Treasure Valley, but highs will only reach about 59, according to the National Weather service.

Thursday looks better for fans of warm weather: Highs will be near 68. It will be sunny.

The rest of the week will be warm, too, with a high near 77 on Monday.

Gardeners take note: Temperatures will fall to freezing, about 32, overnight on Wednesday. Lows should be in the 40s for the rest of the week.

The average last freeze day for Boise is May 8. It's May 3 in Nampa and May 5 in Emmett.
