Canyon County Pet of the Week: General Lee the Ridgeback

April 30, 2013

General Lee, 3, is a handsome 77-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback who has many similarities to his namesake - a bit of a rebel , but mainly it was his dignified demeanor and even temper while finding himself in some rather difficult times, that reminds us of this dog. CCAS's General Lee also has a lot of physical similarities; tall in stature, ruggedly handsome and deep clear soulful eyes. Our General Lee is easy to handle, he sits, shakes and loves to play fetch. This true gentleman is ready to go!

General Lee is in kennel number 1 in Large Dog Adoptions at the Canyon County Animal Shelter located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday. For more information on our other adoptable pets, visit www.canyoncountyshelter.org.
