Boise Police crash reconstruction experts are on the scene looking for answers about what caused a crash that killed one man Saturday afternoon.

Police received a call from witnesses at 3:25 p.m. reporting that two motorcycles left the road and crashed off Warm Springs at Starcrest.

Officers arrived at the scene and found one man dead and a second man with what appeared to be serious injuries. The second man was taken to the hospital.

It's unclear what caused the crash. According to one witness, it appeared that one of the cyclists hit the guard rail and fell over onto the Greenbelt.

Boise Police are closing Warm Springs and the adjacent Greenbelt to pedestrian, bike and vehicle traffic until about 6:30 p.m.
