He is a Lewiston High graduate. Libey, the defensive line coach, has decided to pursue other opportunities, the school said. Libey is a former Idaho player and team captain (graduated in 2004) who previously coached safeties and special teams at Idaho. The Vandals completed spring camp April 19. They open their season Aug. 31 at North Texas.
