Zentouch, Locate Express join forces to help local businesses find mobile tech solutions

April 19, 2013

Zentouch, a cloud-based mobile platform that manages field service crews, and Locate Express, a real-time, location-based leads platform, are partnering to help small- to medium-sized local service businesses affordably use state of the art mobile technolog. Locate Express uses the locating capabilities of smart phones to know when a service person is in the vicinity of a homeowner who needs help. If the service person is available, an instant local connection is made for the service call. ZenTouch automates the business work-flow process, replacing traditional paper work orders and streamlining the work order and invoice process, including dispatching and scheduling.

“It was only a matter of time (before) we pooled our resources,” said Locate Express founder Doug Joseph. “ZenTouch and Locate Express have complementary technology platforms for local service businesses. Win a new customer with Locate Express and process the workflow with ZenTouch.”

The two companies will hold a Lunch and Learn presentation for local service businesses at Steven Henegers College from 11:30 to 1 p.m. Friday, April 26. A discounted package deal for both companies will be offered to those who attend.
