Two accused of felony burglary for shoplifting in Boise

April 19, 2013

The two unrelated thefts took place within a few miles and three hours of each other Thursday, according to a Boise news release.

Police say that both Sandra Mecgonzalez, 51, of Boise, and Kyle Hudson, 21, of Saugus, Calif., entered Boise stores, concealed items and left the stores without paying for them. Because officers believe the suspects entered the stores with the intent to commit a crime, both Mecgonzalez and Hudson have been charged with burglary, a felony punishable by one to 10 years in prison.

They are in custody at the Ada County Jail.
