Agents join offices of Coldwell Banker
Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group has new personnel at several Treasure Valley offices.
Dana Carr joined the Eagle office. A Realtor since 1992, Carr is licensed in Idaho and Florida. She specializes in new and resale homes and vacation properties.
Brent Sullivan joined the Nampa office. New to the industry, Sullivan has lived in Canyon County for 35 years. He will focus on existing and new homes.
Chandise Mangum joined the West Boise office. Born and raised in Idaho, Mangum is also new to the industry and will focus on residential resale properties and new construction.
Boise native Rusty Hill joined the Eagle office. A professional real estate photographer, aerial photographer and videographer, Hill has worked in the industry for several years. He specializes in residential resales and first-time home buyers.
Gary and Lynette Craven have joined the Emerald office to team with Tempe McFarlane. Gary Craven is an associate broker and has been selling real estate in Idaho for seven years. Lynette Craven will be assisting both Tempe and Gary as their transaction coordinator.
Delilah LaBatto has joined the Nampa office. With 20 years of experience in property management, LaBatto specializes in commercial leasing and residential new and resale properties.
CenterCal picks execs for Village at Meridian
Hugh Crawford and Ramona Merrill have joined CenterCal Properties LLC and The Village at Meridian as strategic leaders. They are preparing for the October grand opening of The Village at Meridian on the corner of Eagle Road and Fairview Avenue.
Crawford is the general manager for CenterCal Properties in the Idaho region. He has 25 years of experience in shopping center management, operations, leasing and marketing. He has held leadership roles at retail properties in Newport Beach, Calif., Las Vegas and Denver/Boulder, Colo. Crawford holds a senior level accreditation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states.
Merrill is the regional marketing director with responsibilities for CenterCal's Idaho properties, including The Village at Meridian and Treasure Valley Marketplace in Nampa. Merrill will also support projects in Farmington, Utah, and Oxnard, Calif. A native of Montana, Merrill worked for 20 years on the East Coast in retail management and shopping-center marketing.
Recently, Merrill moved from the corporate office of General Growth Properties in Chicago, where she was vice president of event marketing. Her work included creating programs and events in more than 150 GGP malls throughout the country. She earned accreditation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and Maxi and Merit Awards for marketing excellence.
Phase 1 of The Village at Meridian is open. Marshalls, Gordman's, Petco, Nike, Gap and Noodles & Co. are open, with Chipotle opening this month. The south phase is scheduled to open in October.
Schoen wins listing for Medallion project
The regional Boise office of Coldwell Banker Commercial announced its selection as the exclusive listing agent for the new mixed-use development, Medallion at Eagle River, anchored by the Eagle Tennis Club, Fitness and Spa.
Sherry Schoen, Idaho region agent, is leading the marketing efforts. She is working with White-Leasure Development Co. in Boise and Eagle Tennis Club owner and founder Kara Hoge.
"The Eagle Tennis Club is what tennis players call a 'great get' in building a sense of community around tennis in Boise," says Greg Patton, the men's tennis coach at Boise State University, in a Coldwell Banker news release. "The concept for ETC has all of the key amenities one would find in Southern California, Scottsdale or other notable tennis destinations."
Construction of the 15.3-acre development at the corner of Idaho 44 and Edgewood Drive in Eagle is expected to begin soon.
Alliance Title's parent buys Oregon firm
Two of the largest independent regional title and escrow companies in the Pacific Northwest are joining forces. Futura Title & Escrow, the owner of Alliance Title & Escrow Corp. in Boise, says it has purchased AmeriTitle Inc., of Bend.
Futura says the combined companies are now the largest independent title and escrow group in the Pacific Northwest, with more than 600 professionals and 73 offices in five states. The companies will keep their separate brand identities.
"Our operations are very compatible, and our customers and employees will benefit greatly from the geographical coverage, scale and service capabilities of the new organization," says Futura Title & Escrow CEO Larry Matney.
AmeriTitle founder and President Linda Stelle will remain.
"As we considered the sale of our company, it was important to align with a parent company that was as deeply committed to the Pacific Northwest as we are," Stelle says. "As always, service with commitment to our local communities and customers will be among our highest priorities."
AmeriTitle and Alliance offer title, escrow, 1031 facilitations and long-term escrow processing in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Montana and Wyoming.
The sale of AmeriTitle is part of a strategy by its previous owner JELD-WEN to focus on its core manufacturing business. The company has owned AmeriTitle for 28 years.
Alliance Title & Escrow Corp. became part of Futura in 1995. The company has 33 branches in Idaho, Montana, Washington and Wyoming.

Andrew and Kristi Knowles have 27 years of combined real estate experience in southwestern Idaho. They specialize in corporate relocation, buyer representation and new construction.
Jones joins Zions real estate management
Susan Jones is Zions Bank's new vice president and portfolio relationship manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group's Boise office.
Jones is responsible for credit analysis and underwriting as well as managing relationships with commercial real estate clients.
She spent 14 years with Wells Fargo, most recently as a vice president and relationship manager, responsible for managing relationships in the commercial real estate portfolio for the Boise office.
Jones graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boise State University. She is a graduate of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Boise program.
Boehlke joins bank as mortgage loan officer
Gary Boehlke will work at D.L. Evans Bank's Nampa Karcher branch at 1536 Caldwell Blvd.
Boehlke has 25 years of mortgage lending experience in conventional, VA, FHA, IHFA, rural-development and new-construction lending. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in economics from Boise State University. He is involved with the Boise State Alumni Association, the Mountain Home Lions Club and several chamber of commerce functions.
