The short answer: Yes, but don't expect highs in the 60s until next weekend.
Anyone who spent time outdoors on Saturday knows how blustery it was wind speeds at the Boise Airport reached 46 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Saturday was better, with peak winds at about 20 mph.
High temperatures for the weekend were running about 10 degrees below normal. The high Sunday was 58, and that was right after midnight. The high during the rest of the day was 52.
Temperatures dipped down to 25 on Sunday morning, and it could be close to that on Monday morning. The forecast shows it will be about 28.
The weather pattern that we're currently in will keep temperatures in the low-50s through Wednesday, with overnight lows in the low-30s. There may be a warm-up on Thursday, with temperatures rising into the 60s.
Though Friday may be cloudy and rainy, next weekend's forecast shows sunny skies, light winds and highs in the mid-60s to possibly 70.
