Boise police are concerned for the welfare of a man who was reported missing on Thursday, and are asking for the public's help to locate him.
Dwayne M. Sibetang, 41, suffers from a brain injury and a diminished mental capacity requiring medication and supervision from medical personnel and family members. Police say he doesn't drive and usually doesn't leave his home without supervision.
Sibetang needs medications, police say, but relatives are concerned that he doesn't have those medications with him.
He was last seen at about 11 a.m. Thursday at his home on the 4300 block of East Arborvitae Drive in Boise. No foul play is suspected in his disappeance.
Police describe Sibetang as 5 feet 10 inches tall and 195 pounds, with short dark hair, a mustache and dark skin. He has a scar above his left eye and an artificial right eye.
