John Olver, the head coach and general manager of the Idaho Junior Steelheads the past four years, is leaving the team to become the general manager of the Bakersfield Condors of the ECHL.
Olver led the Junior Steelheads to a 57-1-1 record this season, and the team won the inaugural championship of the United Hockey Union.
Olver, 54, won the ECHL's Kelly Cup as the coach of the Idaho Steelheads in 2004. He led Idaho for five seasons.
Kyle Grabowski, who has been an assistant the past three seasons, will take over as Junior Steelheads coach.
