Benjamin Morse, 23, of Melba, died Friday from injuries he received in a crash.
Morse was driving north on Southside Boulevard at around 8 p.m. Friday. Ryan Barnes, 39, of Nampa, was driving east on Bennett Road. Barnes failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with Morse's car at the intersection. Both cars flipped and came to rest in a field at the northeast corner of the intersection.
Morse, Barnes, as well as Bethany Morse, 13, a passenger in Benjamin Morse's car, were all taken to the hospital, where Benjamin Morse died.
Benjamin and Bethany Morse were both wearing their seatbelts. It is unknown if Ryan Barnes was wearing his seatbelt.
Idaho State Police are still investigating the crash.
