Watch your kids go for the candy at the annual Mix 106 Easter Egg Scramble. They will swarm over Julia Davis Park to find chocolate treasures in groups from toddlers to 8-year-olds to those with special needs. It's at 10 a.m. March 30 at the Gene Harris Bandshell on the west side of the park. Expect a visit from the Easter Bunny. Free.
The 36th annual Meridian Optimist Club Easter Egg Hunt will fill Meridian Elementary School, 1035 W. 1st St., with oodles of excited egg hunters ages 10 and younger at 11 a.m. March 30. Free.
Older kids can head to the Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt at Lakeview Park on Garrity Boulevard and 16th Ave. N. in Nampa. Kids ages 13-17 can search in the dark for thousands of candy-filled eggs starting at 9 p.m. $3 per person, March 30.
