Unemployment dropped in 42 of Idahos 44 counties in February compared with February 2012. Three counties reported jobless rates of 10 percent or higher, fewer than half as many as a year earlier. The statewide rate fell to 6.2 percent, a nearly five-year low, because of a shrinking workforce. The latest worry? The state may lack workers as the economy expands.
