Police have arrested Devon Joseph Anderson, 21, of Idaho City, and Tyler Curtis Bartlett, 20, of Nampa, and charged both with felony malicious injury to property. Bartlett was arrested Friday in Canyon County; Anderson was taken into custody on Monday.

In the last three weeks, Boise police received more than 90 reports of vandalism in Boise neighborhoods.

Police say Anderson and Bartlett used slingshots loaded with steel marbles to break windows on parked vehicles, homes and other targets late at night or early in the morning.

Investigators suspect the duo also is involved in similar crimes reported in Canyon and Ada counties. The damage to vehicles and other property is estimated to exceed $30,000.00.
