Boise man joining Idaho softball hall of fame

Earl Kilian, the longtime adult sports and athletic coordinator for Boise Parks & Recreation, has been named to the Idaho Amateur Softball Association Hall of Fame. Kilian has spent 26 years coordinating softball, football, basketball, hockey, figure skating, tournaments and special events. He is a former Idaho State ASA board president, has served as an ASA state player representative for 20 years and served as the Northwest ASA regional player representative for six years. He oversees 700 ASA youth, adult and senior teams, and recently secured the 70-team 2015 Girls Western Nationals for Boise.
