Idaho colleges rounduo: Boise State gymnasts beat Utah State in regular season finale

The 23rd-ranked Broncos won 195.300-194.125 in Logan, Utah. The Broncos (12-3, 4-2 WAC) swept all five individual titles: Caitlin Mann (all-around, 39.325; floor, 9.9), Ciera Perkins (vault, 9.90; bars, 9.875), Brittany Potvin-Green (beam, 9.875), Kelsey Black (floor, 9.90) and Amanda Otuafi (floor, 9.90). Boise State competes in the WAC Championships on March 23 in Cedar City, Utah.

BSU MEN'S TENNIS: The Broncos swept Nebraska 4-0 in the first round of the Blue Gray Classic in Montgomery, Ala. The Broncos won the doubles point, then registered singles victories by Filipp Pogostkin, Thomas Tenreiro and Andy Bettles. Boise State faces top-seeded Notre Dame on Saturday.

BSU WOMEN'S TENNIS: The Broncos (7-4) lost to Ohio State 4-0 on the first of three days at the Blue-Gray Classic. BSU faces Marshall on Saturday.

BSU GOLF: Sammie Pless (12th), Samantha Martin (15th) and Hayley Young (20th) each finished in the top 20 at the Lady Bison Classic, leading the Broncos to a fifth-place finish at Snow Mountain in Las Vegas.

COLLEGE OF IDAHO SOFTBALL: Corban swept the Coyotes (13-13, 1-5) in a Cascade Conference doubleheader 3-2, 7-3.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE SOFTBALL: The Crusaders (5-20, 0-10) dropped a doubleheader to Western Oregon 6-2 and 11-4 at Halle Field in Nampa.
