Garden City Police arrested a bloody concert goer Thursday night during the Flogging Molly Concert at the Revolution Concert House.
Concert goer, Eric Hackett, 32, of Eagle, was arrested after security staffers asked him to leave the club. They told police officers who had arrived that Hackett had been fighting. Police found that Hackett had blood on his forehead and face.
Hackett began walking away across the parking lot. Officers saw him urinating on the hood of an occupied car. The driver inside began honking his horn. When officers approached, Hackett ran away. The officers called to him to stop. When he didn't they ran after him. They tackled him and arrested him.
The officers took Hackett to the Ada County Jail. Because of his intoxication level, which was more than four times the legal limit, they took him to the hospital to be checked. Officers say that Hackett continued to kick the windows of the police car and act aggressively. When medical staff gave their OK, officers took Hackett back to jail.
He was booked on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting and obstructing officers and malicious injury to property, all misdemeanors.
