Warm temperatures are enticing Treasure Valley residents outside this week.

Thursday’s high was 69, well below the record of 75 set in 1992. Cloudy skies and northwest winds kept temperatures lower than expected.

Wednesday’s 71 was the first 70-degree day since November. The weather will cool down beginning Friday to around 64 — still about 10 degrees warmer than normal.

Sunday is likely to be in the 50s, with 10 to 20 mph winds. Monday morning temps could dip into the 20s.
