Recap: The Falcons, who held a 37-36 lead at the intermission, were outscored 44-29 in the second half, with the Wolf Pack getting nearly half of their points from the foul line. Meanwhile, Air Force, which did not attempt a single free throw in the second half, shot just 37 percent from the field after the break.

Senior Matt Staff tallied 13 points and two blocked shots to help lift the Bobcats to the win. Texas State shot 84.6 percent from the charity stripe.
Game 2: No. 9 UTSA 67, No. 8 San Jose State 49
Recap: Jeromie Hill posted a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds, both of which were game highs, and Kannon Burrage added 20 points. The Roadrunners (9-21), who shot 62.1 percent in the second half and 50 percent overall, earned their first conference tournament win since claiming the 2011 Southland Tournament title two years ago to the day.
