An 82-year-old Nampa man was arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct with a minor on Friday, and police are trying to determine if he has more possible victims.
Paul Cotner is accused of sexually abusing two children on two occasions in summer 2008.
The Nampa Police Department arrested him Friday at 3:10 p.m. for two felony counts of lewd conduct with a minor, which carry potential life sentences. A woman who answered the phone at his home identified herself as his wife of "more than 50 years" and said she couldn't comment.
Detective Norm Corder said the victims, a boy and a girl who were about 11 at the time, were acquaintances of Cotner. He declined to release details about how the investigation started, citing its ongoing nature.
Anyone with information of Cotner or other possible victims is asked to call Corder at (208) 475-5708.
