Idaho colleges roundup: Boise State beats Nevada in women's basketball

The Broncos snapped a seven-game losing streak by knocking off Nevada 80-62 in Reno on Wednesday night. Four Boise State (11-15, 4-9 MW) players scored in double figures, led by Lauren Lenhardt (20) and Brandi Henton (18).

COLLEGE OF IDAHO WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: The College of Idaho basketball team will play its first-round game in the NAIA Division II National Championships at 8:15 p.m. MST Wednesday. The 32-team, single elimination tournament runs through March 12 in Sioux City, Iowa. The Coyotes (21-8), the Cascade Conference runner-up, earned the No. 5 seed in their quadrant. The No. 4 seeded Eagles (24-5) are the regular-season co-champions of the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference.
