Defenseman Matt Case was loaned to Manchester of the AHL on Thursday. Case leads the ECHL in plus/minus rating (+31) and is tied for the most points (35) among the leagues defensemen. In other moves, forward Tristan King was sent to San Francisco one day after the Bulls sent forward Rylan Galiardi to Idaho. King scored 37 points in 35 games with Idaho this season, more than any other player on the Steelheads active roster. It is the second year in a row that the Dallas Stars organization reassigned King after he spent time in Idaho. Finally, rookie forward Brad Ross has been assigned to Idaho by the Toronto Maple Leafs organization. Ross, 20, has played in 19 games with the Toronto Marlies this season. Ross, the 43rd overall player selected in the 2010 NHL Draft, becomes the second Maple Leafs prospect on Idahos roster, joining Sam Carrick.
