The annual Idaho Watercolor Society's Rotunda Art Show will again turn the fourth floor of the Statehouse into an ad hoc gallery, filled with the diversity of style and technique of the medium. This year, 91 artists will exhibit their work, including Ann Winslow ("Buoys" is pictured). Each year, 15 percent of the sales go to help fund the society's three scholarships for Idaho college students. The show is free to see anytime the Capitol is open.
