Provide your input on 2013 big game seasons

Hunters will have a chance to comment on seasons and rules, the upcoming elk plan revision and predation management plans in areas where elk remain below objectives. People can learn about plans and give comments at the following meetings:

• Feb. 22, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Southwest Region Fish and Game office, 3101 S. Powerline Road, Nampa.

• March 6, 4 to 7 p.m., Weiser High School Library, 690 W. Indianhead Road, Weiser.

• March 7, 4 to 7 p.m., McCall Fish and Game office, 555 Deinhard Lane, McCall.

Magic Valley Region (all times are 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.)

• March 4, Community Campus, 1050 Fox Acres Road, Hailey.

• March 5, Burley Best Western, 800 N. Overland Ave., Burley.

• March 6, Magic Valley Region Fish and Game office, 324 S. 417 E., Suite 1, Jerome.

Fish and Game commissioners will set the upcoming big game seasons during their regular meeting March 18-19 in Boise. A public hearing begins at 7 p.m. March 18 at 600 S. Walnut St.
