A 35-year-old Kuna woman accused of having illegal sexual contact with up to eight teenage boys last year pleaded not guilty Tuesday to 20 criminal charges, including 11 counts of lewd conduct.

Courtney Sue Reschke is set to begin a jury trial May 1 in front of 4th District Judge Ronald Wilper.

Ada County prosecutors say Reschke sexually abused the boys at her home in the 400 block of North Sourwood Avenue beginning at the start of the school year.

The boys are 14 and 15 years old and are friends of Reschke's oldest child. She also has two children ages 5 and 10 who were home during at least one of the encounters, according to previous court testimony.

Reschke is also charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse of a minor between the ages of 16 to 17 and eight misdemeanor counts of dispensing alcohol to minors. Prosecutors say Reschke gave the boys alcohol before having illegal sexual contact with them.

Ada County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Reschke and charged her with two counts each of lewd conduct and sex abuse of a minor after getting tipped off about the case in late November.

At the time of her arrest, Reschke’s children were put in the custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Reschke has been in the Ada County Jail since November.

An Ada County grand jury indicted Reschke several weeks later, adding 16 more charges.

The crime of lewd conduct is punishable by up to life in prison.
