Those fiery vixens of ballet— Carmen and Kitri — will come to life in Ballet Idaho’s duel program of “Carmen and Don Quixote” this weekend. Ballet Idaho artistic director Peter Anastos and ballet master Alex Ossadnik take on these powerful women in two delightful ballets: “Carmen,” to Bizet’s timeless score, and “Don Q” — one of the pinnacles of classical ballet — with music by Minkus.
