Wrestling: Boise High hosts Grapple for the Granite

The 11th annual wrestling tournament begins at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The event is a battle between the four Boise School District schools — Boise, Borah, Capital and Timberline.

The Braves are the defending champions, having won for the first time in tournament history last season. Borah and Capital are tied for the most wins in Grapple history with four apiece, while Timberline and Boise each have one.

The opening duals will be Boise vs. Capital and Borah vs. Timberline. The winners will meet to determine the Grapple winner, while the losers will dual for third place. The championship matchup will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m.
